30-Day Sleep Trial
Your neck deserves a fair test. That's why every Nesora pillow comes with a 30-day sleep trial. If you're not sleeping better after a month, we'll take it back and refund your order in full.
How the trial works
- Order your Nesora pillow. Sleep on it for at least 14 nights (your neck needs time to adjust).
- Not satisfied? Email us at support@nesora.store within 30 days of delivery.
- We send you a return label. Ship it back — you keep the cover.
- Full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
What's returnable
- Pillow(s) in any used condition — as long as you slept on it
- Multi-pack orders (1 or all pillows)
What's not returnable
- Pillows damaged by pets, chemicals, or misuse
EU 14-day withdrawal right
Under Dutch/EU consumer law (Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code), you also have the standard 14-day withdrawal right for unopened products. Our 30-day trial extends this significantly.
