1. About us
Nesora is a trade name of Zavior, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42108140, VAT number NL005498913B01, established at Gooise Kant 224, 1104MM Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
2. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam. Consumer rights under EU and Dutch law remain unaffected.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
- We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.
- Ownership passes upon full payment. Risk passes upon delivery.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under Book 6, Article 230o of the Dutch Civil Code, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment of delivery. Nesora extends this to a 60-night sleep trial as described in our Sleep Trial & Returns Policy.
5. Warranty
All Nesora products come with a 1-year quality guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not affect statutory warranty rights.
6. Product information
We strive to describe products accurately. Photos are illustrative. Minor variations in color or dimension may occur.
7. Liability
Nesora's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss, or medical outcomes. If you have specific health concerns, consult a healthcare professional before use.
8. Complaints
Complaints? Email support@nesora.store. We respond within 48 hours. Unresolved complaints can be submitted to the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with GDPR. See our Privacy statement.
10. Changes
Nesora may update these terms. The latest version always applies. Orders are subject to the terms in effect on the date of purchase.
