"We", "us" and "our" refer to Nesora. "You" refers to the customer.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We sell ergonomic neck and cervical support pillows to consumers in the
Netherlands and other EU countries.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and appearance
may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen depending on your
device. Minor variations in dimensions are normal for foam products.
Our products are comfort and sleep aids. They are not medical devices and
are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a diagnosed neck or
spine condition, consult your doctor before use.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is
formed once we send you an order confirmation by email.
We may refuse an order if the product is unavailable, if there is a
pricing error, or if we cannot verify your payment or delivery details.
If we refuse your order after payment, we refund you in full.
Our products are sold for personal use, not for commercial resale.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate.
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Prices and promotions may change at any time. The price that applies is
the one shown at the moment you place your order, as confirmed in your
order confirmation email.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering, through the payment methods
offered at checkout.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the Netherlands and other EU countries.
Delivery times stated on our website are estimates, not guarantees. We
are not liable for delays caused by carriers or by circumstances outside
our control. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days,
contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel
your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, tell us clearly before the 14 days expire by
emailing Nesora.store@gmail.com. You then have a further 14 days to
return the goods.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of
receiving proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund to
your original payment method.
Beyond this legal minimum, we offer a 30-day trial. Details are in our
Refund Policy.
7. LEGAL GUARANTEE
Under EU law, your goods must be as described and fit for their purpose.
If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair,
a replacement, a price reduction or a refund. This legal guarantee applies
for two years from delivery and is free of charge.
We additionally offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them.
8. COMPLAINTS
If something is wrong, email Nesora.store@gmail.com. We respond within
1 business day and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint together, you may bring the matter
before the competent court, or contact the consumer authority in your
country of residence.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The text, design and branding on this website belong to Zavior or its
licensors and are protected under Dutch and EU copyright law. You may not
reproduce, distribute or commercially reuse them without our written
permission. Product images may be supplied by our suppliers under a
reseller licence.
10. PRIVACY
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By
using this website you acknowledge that you have read it.
11. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, nor
our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you
paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible
for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the
one published at the time you place it. The current version is always
available on this page.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a
consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the
country where you live.
